自2007年7月美國次級房貸危機爆發以來，對經濟體系的衝擊從金融市場擴大至實質經濟面，而本市經濟與金融自無法置身事外不受影響。鑑於中小企業是臺灣產業發展的核心，而本市中小企業家數為20.2萬家佔全國16.33%，為全國之最。為協助本市中小企業向銀行申請緊急紓困貸款，渡過此波金融風暴危機，本局特規劃辦理臺北市中小企業融資貸款業務。

台灣高階管理全球經貿協會(TTMIT)日前舉行第18屆理事
長暨理監事就職典禮，由新任理事長白文亮（中國砂輪執行
董事）主持，中華民國中小企業協會理事長林秉彬、立法委
員周守訓、知名教授張錦貴及徐丕洲等都與會致賀.第16&
17屆理事長蔡豐名博士 榮任 輔導理事長.
台灣高階管理全球經貿協會理事長白文亮表示，高階管理協
會會員包括各行各業，多在企業中擔任重要職務，藉著協會
各項活動和相互學習，有助會員經營管理理念的提升，未來
將持續推動協會的願景、創新、積極、成長、收穫及貢獻，
